Bad Parenting

It is just amazing to me that someone would shuffle their own child off to live with their disabled mom. She would rather have her mom who has difficulty with mobility as well as other health issues take care of her teenage daughter. She will not help her mom out with the basic daily use items, shampoo, soap, cloths, she will not even make her mom dinner and help her out in that regard. She would let her mom eat cereal for dinner than make more for dinner for her mom and daughter. She will not even take her to doctors appointments, she expects her mom to figure it out. It really just burns me that she will not do anything for her own child. Some people should never be allowed to have kids.
